2. Storage Services & Capacity

Storage space allocations (including pallet bays, ground floor areas, and handling support) are subject to written agreement and physical capacity availability at our Kilkenny facility. All goods delivered must match the agreed specifications, packaging standards, and non-hazardous classifications.

3. Prohibited Materials

Clients may not store illegal, toxic, explosive, flammable, perishable, or hazardous substances. We reserve the right to inspect outer packaging and refuse any consignment that poses a safety or compliance risk.

4. Receiving, Staging & Access

All deliveries and collections at our Kilkenny loading area must be scheduled in advance to ensure smooth dock workflow. The client or their designated transport carrier is responsible for ensuring goods are delivered in stable, transport-worthy condition.

5. Website Usage & Intellectual Property

All editorial content, layout designs, trademarks, and visual assets on brightkioskspotlght.com are the property of brightkioskspotlght and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
